Maintaining an active lifestyle is critical to overall health and wellness. I have been an athlete my entire life participating in everything from ballet, cheerleading, gymnastics, track, volleyball, and basketball. Those activities evolved into an active lifestyle that now include weight training, yoga, and cycling. I simply love to keep my body in motion. In addition to a healthy diet, I need supplements that support my active lifestyle. As a vegan, I include protein supplements to build muscle and prevent muscle catabolism. Pre-workout gives me that extra energy boost while creatine helps to improve overall performance, reduce dehydration and cramping, and boost post workout recovery. I use magnesium as a component of my nighttime recovery routine, regulating muscle and nerve function, increase bone strength, normalize blood pressure, regulates sleep and muscle recovery. A Space to Live In
I recently redecorated my home and what a difference the changes have made to the overall feel of each space. I moved to a more neutral color palette but by layering various textures and tones along with plant life, the space feels cozy and warm yet chic and sophisticated. I absolutely love it!

Get out and have some fun! Try a new restaurant or a new activity to add a little zest to your life. I recently visited Myx Blend Bar for the custom lipstick experience, and it was nothing short of exceptional! The vibes are super cute, the service was impeccable, the mimosas are flowing, and my custom lipstick and lipgloss are exactly what I wanted. They have add ons available like lip plumper, anti-aging agents, moisturizers, and even fragrance. The girls and I had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking this experience for a birthday party, bridal shower, or just a great girls night out!
